Ingredients
Peas, carrot, beans, potato – 100 gm
Chopped onion – one
Diced tomato – one small
Coriander leaves – 1tbs
Cashew nuts – 1 tsp
Clove, cardamom & cinnamon – 2each
Coconut -1 cup
Chopped Green chillies – 2
Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tsp
Oil -2tb
Salt-as per taste
Preparation
Grind the coconut along with cashews, spices, coriander leaves, green chilies, and ginger & garlic paste adding 2 cups of water. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté till they turn golden brown. Then, add tomatoes. Add the vegetables after the tomatoes are cooked. Then, add the vegetables and fry them well. Now, add the ground paste and salt. Bring the paste to a boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes in low flame till the vegetables are cooked well.
