Ingredients
- Tomatoes: 400gms
- Carrots: 150gms
- Ginger: 1pc
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Cinnamon: 1 small pc
- Red Chillies: 2nos
- Grated Cheese: 1 cup
- Salt: as required
- Water: 5 cups
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the carrot, ginger and garlic into small pieces. Pressure cook these ingredients with 3 cups of water, cinnamon and red chillies. Grind the boiled ingredients once they are cool. Strain the mixture and heat the strained mixture with two cups of water. Add salt as required. Cook till the soup is thickened. Add cheese and boil for 10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
