Ingredients
- 250 gm white flour
- 250 gm ground sugar
- 200 gm butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml sweet lime juice
- 1 tsp of lime rind
Method
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add sweet lime juice slowly, along with 1 tsp lime rind. Sieve flour along with baking powder and finally fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Grease a mould, put the cake batter and bake in a pre-heated oven till ready.
