Ingredients
- Prawns -1/2kg
- Chopped onions -3
- Chopped green chilly -1
- Kashmiri chilli powder-3tsp
- Coriander powder -3tsp
- Pepper Powder -1tsp
- Grated coconut -1 cup (Make a thin paste)
- Ginger-garlic paste -1tsp
- Garam masala -2pinch
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Salt as required
- Curry leaves- 12 leaves
- Oil – 40ml
Preparation
- Clean and cook the prawns with salt and turmeric.
- Fry onions and green chillies in oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and garam masala one by one and sauté well each time . Add coconut paste and fry till it gets cooked.
- Add prawns and fry till the prawns turn golden brown. Fry curry leaves separately in a little oil and mix with the prawns.
