Ingredients
- 200gms.paneer
- 100gms. soya chunks
- 2 small potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 2tbsp.corn flour
- 2 small onions finely chopped
- 2 greenchillies finely chopped
- 1tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1tsp mint leaves finely chopped
- 1tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper powder
- 1tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 20 minutes and then squeeze out the water. Grind the squeezed soya chunks and set aside. Mash paneer and mix mashed potato and soya chunks along with corn flour and knead well. Add the other ingredients along with salt to taste and mix well. Take lime sized portion of this mixture and shape as desired. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes. Heat oil and fry the cutlets till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
