Milk – Egg Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • Milk                     1.5ltrs
  • Eggs                     6nos
  • Cashewnuts       75gms
  • Raisins                75gms
  • Almonds              75gms (peel off and cut into small pcs)
  • Sugar                   3tbsps

Preparation

Melt the sugar and spread the caramel in a pan. Sprinkle the broken cashew pieces over the caramelized sugar and keep aside. Heat the milk and reduce its quantity. Add sugar as per taste and cool the mixture. Beat the eggs well and mix it with the milk. Add raisins, cashews and almonds. Pour over the caramelized dish and pressure cook for 20 minutes without using the weight.
