Beef Pepper Masala Recipe – Ingredients
- Beef – 500 gm
- Oil – 4 tbs
- Chopped Green chillies – 2 nos
- Chopped onion – 200gm
- Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Beef masala – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Vinegar- 1/2tsp
- Curry leaves – 1 stem
- Salt – As required
Preparation Method
1) Make a paste of items 6 to 12 and marinate beef with it. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
2) Pressure -cook the beef without extra water until done
3) Heat oil in a pan
4) Add onion and sauté until light brown
5) Add curry leaves and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes
6) Add Kashmiri chili powder and sauté until done
7) Add the cooked beef and sauté well. Add salt as required
8) Cover the pan and cook on a slow flame for about 10minutes
9) Turn off the flame and sauté once again
Beef Pepper Masala is ready to serve!
