Ingredients
- Chicken – 1
- Kashmiri red chillies – 5 gm
- Pepper – 5 gm
- Green Chillies – 3
- Cinnamon – 2
- Garlic – ½
- Red Onion – 60 gm
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – to fry
- Curry Leaves – a few
Method
Clean, wash and cut chicken. Grind together red chillies, pepper, cinnamon, garlic, red onions and slat. Smear over chicken. Put the chicken in a pan. Add curry leaves and cook without adding water. Heat oil and fry pieces of chicken.
