Egg Masala

Ingredients
Boiled eggs – 6
Diced tomatoes – 3
Chopped onions -4
Chopped garlic -2tbs
Chopped ginger – 1tbs
Chopped green chillies -3
Coriander Powder – 1tsp
Kashmiri Chilly Powder – 1tbs
Turmeric Powder – 1/2tsp
Oil – 3tbs
Salt –as required
Chopped coriander leaves -1tbs

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Fry onion till it becomes light brown. Add tomatoes and fry well. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Sauté well. Cut the boiled eggs into halves and add them. Mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes in low flame. Remove the cover of the pan and garnish the egg masala with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
