Ingredients
- Eggs – 2
- Cream- 2tsp
- Grated Cheese – 4tbs
- Pepper Powder – 1tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Butter – 2tsp
Preparation
Beat eggs till fluffy. Add cream and beat again. Add pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Heat butter in a nonstick flat pan. Tilt pan to coat evenly. Pour egg mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly using a spatula. Cook on low flames. Once the egg is half cooked, sprinkle cheese on top of it. When the cheese starts melting fold the omelet. Serve hot.
