Ingredients
- 500gm boneless chicken cubes
- 1 onion, sliced into cubes
- 1/2 of a green capsicum sliced into cubes
- 2tsp soya sauce
- 1/4 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Preparation
Marinate the chicken in 1tsp soya sauce, salt, pepper, cornflour for 1 hour. Heat 1/4 cup oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Set aside.
In the remaining oil, add chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Next, add the onions and capsicum and fry for 5 minutes. Add vinegar and mix well. Add red chilli powder and green chilli sauce. Saute well. Add the chicken pieces and fry for 5 minutes. Add 1tsp soya sauce and mix well. Serve hot.
