New Delhi, May 9 (ANI): Reacting sharply on the incident of a UP DIG advocating honour killing, Congress spokesperson Manish Tiwari today said that the police official is still living in the 19th century and should be sent by the state government for training again. Sparking a controversy, the DIG of Saharanpur range Satish Kumar was caught on camera saying that if his sister runs away, he will either kill her or commit suicide. The DIG made this statement when he was inspecting police stations and met a man who had come to complain about his daughter who had reportedly eloped.
