The Tamil Nadu Congress Committee today held a meeting in order to pay tribute to the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on the occasion of his 21st death anniversary in Chennai. The members acknowledged the efforts of the late Prime Minister for bringing telephones in India.
