New Delhi/ Mumbai, April 28 (ANI): India s chief election commissioner SY Quraishi today backed the remarks made by veteran social activist Anna Hazare over use of money and liquor in elections to lure voters. On Friday, during a public rally Hazare had addressed this issue of voting manipulation. Quraishi said that they had identified the issue which Hazare has raised long ago and in the recent elections of the five states their enforcement agency tried their best to tackle with this menace.
