New Delhi, April 19 (IANS) It was a bright, pleasant Thursday morning for the capital with the minimum temperature settling at 21.7 degrees Celsius, average for the season. The met department has forecast a cloudy day with possibility of thunder developments in evening.
“The skies will be clear in the morning and it will turn partly cloudy towards afternoon. There’s a possibility of thunder developments towards the evening,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 35 degrees Celsius, added the official.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 54 percent.
Wednesday’s maximum temperature was three notches below average at 33.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum settled a notch above average at 22.6 degrees Celsius.
