Ahmednagar, March 19 (ANI): Situated 50 kilometres from Ahmednagar district in India s western state of Maharashtra, the mausoleum of Baba Sheikh Mohammad in Vahira village draws devotees from different faiths and religions. Though the devotees throng the shrine throughout the year, the Urs or the death anniversary of the saint attracts a large number of people. Legend has that Baba Sheikh Mohammad was a mystic who was born in Vahira village. He preached communal harmony and devoted his entire life for the betterment of the society. The three days long Urs attracts devotees from across the state.
