Bangalore/New Delhi, Aug 16 (ANI): Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde today in New Delhi said that all kind of protection will be provided to the people of the northeast as they decided to return to their hometown after rumours had spread across Bangalore through messages and mails that they could face attacks as a reaction to riots in Assam. Meanwhile, BJP President Nitin Gadkari termed the violence in Assam as a clash between foreigners and Indians. Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Rajiv Shukla said that the people from northeast should be protected, be in any part of the country.
