New Delhi, April 23 (ANI): The Supreme Court today dismissed a petition against Lt Gen Bikram Singh filed by some retired officers and bureacrats challenging his appointment as the next Army chief. The Court said it did not find any justifiable material to entertain the petition. Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court had asked for all files and records relating to the appointment of Singh.
