New Delhi, April 27 (ANI): President Pratibha Patil, who recently came at the center of a controversy, over her post retirement home in Pune, has decided to surrender the land. An organization of retired army officers had said that she had unfairly been given a five acre plot to build a house on land held by the army. In a statement, President Patil’s office has said that she has been upset with the recent coverage of the controversy and that is why took such a decision.
