Azam Khan quits as Kumbh in-charge after stampede
Lucknow, Feb 11 (IANS) The Uttar Pradesh Urban Development Minister Mohammad Azam Khan Monday quit his position as chairman of the Kumbh Management Committee, owning moral responsibility for Sunday's stampede at the Allahabad railway station that killed 36 people.
