Bangalore, Aug 18 (ANI): The exodus of North East people from Bangalore continued even as Karnataka Police arrested six people for spreading rumours that angry Muslims were seeking revenge for Assams ethnic riots. Thousands of people from northeast fled from Bangalore on Thursday as fear grew of a backlash over violence against Muslims in Assam and neighbouring Myanmar. The two visiting minister from Assam, state transport minister Chandan Brahma and agriculture minister Nilamoni Sen Deka visited the railway station in Bangalore where scores of people from the northeast had gathered up to catch the trains to their region.
