As India today joined the elite club of five nations possessing the technological know how to produce an Inter Continental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), Prime Minister Manmohan Singh congratulated the scientists of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for the successful test firing of the Agni V missile from Balasore in Orissa.
