New Delhi, Feb 02 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today stressed on the need to make Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA) scheme more effective. Singh along with congress Chief Sonia Gandhi attended the seventh anniversary function of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA) scheme in New Delhi.
