Pakistan, February 27: Wadhawa Singh one of India s most wanted terrorists has been living in Pakistan for many years, enjoying the patronage of its spy agency, the Inter services Intelligence. One of the founders of banned Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), Singh is responsible for the assassination of the then Punjab Chief Minister, Beant Singh. He was one of the masterminds behind militancy in Punjab during the 1980s and early 1990s. Many other Khalistanis including Paramjit Singh Panjwar of Khalistan Commando Force and Ranjit Singh Neeta of Khalistan Zindabad Force are permanently settled in Pakistan and own huge tracts of land and properties.
