United Progressive Alliance chairperson and Congress president Sonia Gandhi expressing her disappointment over the frequent adjournment of the proceedings of parliament said it s not an acceptable mode of functioning of democracy. The opposition led by Bharatiya Janata Party has been creating a furore inside Parliament for the past several days over the Coalgate issue.
