London, March 7 (IANS) Socialite Nicole Richie says her young children and husband do not see her as a “fashion icon”.
The 30-year-old, who has four-year-old daughter Harlow and two-year-old son Sparrow with husband Joel Madden, may be a mentor on American show “Fashion Star” but says she is nothing at home.
“I’ll tell you right now that no one’s calling me a fashion icon. Now that you mentioned it, I’m going to start requesting that Joel start calling me that once every day, at least,” contactmusic.com quoted Richie as saying.
