New Delhi, April 06 (ANI): Social activist Swami Agnivesh has welcomed the initiative taken by Odisha Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik, as he has offered to free 27 jailed Maoists to facilitate the safe release of BJD MLA Hikaka and an Italian tourist operator Paolo Bosusco.
