Kolkata, March 13 (IANS) West Bengal’s opposition Left Front Tuesday re-nominated Centre of Indian Trade Unions secretary Tapan Sen as its candidate for the March 30 Rajya Sabha polls.
Briefing mediapersons after a meeting of front partners, its chairman Biman Bose said Sen’s name was decided unanimously.
The elections to fill 58 vacancies to the upper house across the nation includes five seats that are falling vacant in the state.
