Mumbai / Kanpur, April 30 (ANI): Doubting the intentions behind the proposal to nominate ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar to Rajya Sabha, Shiv Sena chief, Bal Thackeray has tagged it as Congress’ ‘dirty picture’. Meanwhile, taking a dig at Thackeray, Union coal minister, Sriprakash Jaiswal has said that rest of the political parties could not digest the fact that Tendulkar had been nominated by the Congress.
