Washington D.C., April 21 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has reassured American investors that proposed changes to India’s tax law were meant to reduce uncertainty. Mukherjee speaking on the sidelines of the semi annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank in Washington D.C. described U.S. business concerns over India’s retrospective tax laws as “misapprehension”.
