New Delhi, February 24 (ANI): Reacting on the controversy, following the comments of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh blaming American NGOs for fuelling protests at the Kudankulam nuclear power plant in Tamil Nadu, MoS in PMO V. Narayanasamy today said a special Home Ministry team found that some organisations involved in the protests had received funds from foreign NGOs.
