New Delhi, Oct 07 (ANI): Even as the International Olympic Committee (IOC) barred disgraced Congress MP Suresh Kalmadi from contesting election to the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) today, IOA Vice president, Tarlochan Singh has refused to comment on the same.
