Bangalore/New Delhi/Ramgarh, July 16 (ANI): Cutting across party ideologies, leaders of various political outfits have downplayed the remarks of US President Barack Obama on deteriorating investment climate in India. Union Corporate Affairs Minister, Veerappa Moily, said that the perceived inhospitable environment for foreign investment was a passing phase, and that the economy of the country was far from failing as perceived by the western powers.
