Manila, May 05 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee today blamed the complexities of coalition politics for the delay in implementation of economic reform policies, resulting degradation in the economy of the country. Pranab acknowledged the downgrading of the country s outlook from stable to negative by international rating agency, Standard and Poor (S&P). However, he also said that rating agencies only calculated the outlook on the current situation of the economy without taking into consideration the subsequent plans of the government to revive the economy.
