New Delhi, April, 21 (ANI): Reacting to the 15 day ultimatum on tax moratorium to the centre for West Bengal given earlier today by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Congress Spokesperson, Manish Tiwari said that every CM had a legitimate expectation for his/her state. Tiwari added that the Central Government would interlocute with the West Bengal CM, and see how the developmental imperatives could be settled.
