New Delhi, Aug 29 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has said that the media should not speculate too much about the reshuffling in the cabinet, which has taken place as all the ministers were very skilled and competent and the reallocation of portfolios would inject zeal in the cabinet. Meanwhile, Dixit also said that 917 unauthorized colonies in the city would now be regularized as the state government had got the approval from the central government.
