New Delhi, May 05 (ANI): A Delhi court hearing the criminal defamation complaint filed by Lieutenant General Tejinder Singh against the Army Chief Gen VK Singh has transferred the case to the court of additional chief metropolitan magistrate (ACMM). The matter would now be placed before ACMM Amit Bansal on May 7. The metropolitan magistrate was to pass order for summoning General VK Singh and four others whom Lieutenant General Tejinder had accused of misusing their official positions, power and authority to level false charges against him.
