New Delhi, May 10 (ANI): Reacting over the idea of dropping the Lokayukta clause from the Lokapl bill, CPI leader D Raja today said that proper balance should be maintained between centre and state relations. He said that if Lokayukta clause is added in the Lokpal bill, it will impeach upon the power of the states government
