New Delhi, Aug 30 (ANI): Congress Leaders today condemned the remark made by Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, attributing high malnutrition rate in the state to vegetarianism and figure conscious girls. Addressing mediapersons in New Delhi, President of Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC), Arjun Modhwadia, said that Modi s statement was an insult to all women. Congress leader Girija Vyas said that Modi must focus on malnutrition and work towards its reduction. Meanwhile, senior Congress leader Jagdambika Pal criticised Modi and said that the State government failed to address the problems of the health sector and Modi merely spoke about the rise in GDP.
