New Delhi,May 14 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee today said that India’s inflation has accelerated in April to 7.23 percent as price pressures for food, fuel and manufactured items have picked up. Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, Mukherjee added that the decline in wholesale price index (WPI) manufacture was reasonable. Meanwhile, Chairman of Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council (PMEAC) Chakravarthy Rangarajan said that there should be analysis of the factors that have contributed to the inflation rise.
