Patna/New Delhi, April 25 (ANI): Nearly 25 years after Bofors scam surfaced, the whistleblower who provided leads in the payoffs case has revealed his identity in an interview to a media outlet. Swedish Police Chief Sten Lindstrom operating under the pseudonym ‘Swedish Deep Throat’ stated that the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi though was not involved in the scam but watched the massive ‘cover up’ between the two nations and ‘did nothing’. Reacting to this, CPI leader D.Raja raised questions for late revealation of the facts adding that CBI cannot ignore the matter.
