New Delhi, April 02 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party Spokesperson, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has refuted a statement made by former Lok Sabha speaker, Purno A Sangma, who had taken a dig at the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for not being a member of the lower house and had added that this was a big problem for the democracy. He added that the though this is a dishonest government, it is headed by an honest Prime Minister.
