New Delhi, March 16 (ANI): Reacting on the union budget 2012 13, presented by union finance minister Pranab Mukherjee today, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that India will have to adjust prices of petroleum products to bring down subsidies. Singh said protecting the growth rate, which is better than most countries, is the biggest achievement.
