New Delhi, Aug 16 (ANI): Indian Army has finally promoted Olympics silver medallist Vijay Kumar to Subedar Major and has given a cash award of 30 Lakh rupees. After winning the silver medal in shooting, Vijay Kumar had shown his disappointment over not getting any promotion despite major sporting achievements at the national and international levels. Kumar had been serving Army as Subedar with the 16th Dogra Regiment and had not got any promotion
