Sukma/Raipur, April 22 (ANI): At the time when a tug of war is on between the maoists and the government over the release of the abducted BJD MLA Jina Hikaka in Odisha, in yet another audacious act, the rebels have now abducted a District Collector in Chattisgarh Alex Paul Menon in broad day light, while he was meeting locals at Manjhipara village under Sukma district of the state. The Maoists abducted Menon after gunning down his guards.
