New Delhi, March 16 (ANI): With an assurance that there were clear signs of an economic recovery in India, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee presented a budget that is being considered as the safest one for him. Presenting his 7th budget in the Lok Sabha today, Mukherjee gave some direct tax relief to individuals, even as eating out, buying luxury cars, air travel, availing some professional services and investing in gold jewellery become costlier.
