Baghdad, Feb 19 (IANS) At least 15 people died in a suicide bomb attack on a police academy in eastern Baghdad Sunday.
The bomber blew up his explosive vest at the entrance of the academy, Xinhua quoted a source from the interior ministry as saying. Twenty-one others were injured.
Several police and civilian vehicles were destroyed. The toll was expected to rise.
