Tabo (Himachal Pradesh), May 18 (IANS) Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh Saturday said more micro and mini hydropower projects would be set up in Spiti Valley to usher an era of prosperity and provide employment opportunities to the youth of the area. "The government will take consent of the locals before allowing the projects to set up," the chief minister said at a public meeting here.
Cairo, May 18 (IANS/WAM) The United Arab Emirtaes (UAE) and Egypt have held talks over enhancing cooperation in the civil aviation sector. The meet was held Thursday between Saif Mohamed Al Suwaidi, the UAE's director general of General Civil Aviation Authority, and Mohamed Ibrahim Sharif, the chairman of Egypt's Civil Aviation Authority.
