New Delhi, Feb 25 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Monday issued notice to the CBI on the appeal of Indian Administrative Service officer Sanjiv Kumar, convicted along with former Haryana chief minister Om Prakash Chautala in a teacher recruitment scandal. Justice Mukta Gupta sought response from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) by April 8 on the plea of Kumar against his conviction and 10-year jail term.
