NHRC issues notice to Haryana over assault of Dalit boy

New Delhi, May 21 (IANS) The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Tuesday sought a response from Haryana's director general of police and Kaithal police chief following media reports that a Dalit boy was assaulted by a man who was part of a group which had attacked Dalits earlier as well.
